Recipe Ingredients for Chia Protein Pudding

220 g protein powder
4 tablespoons Chia Seed
28 g flaxseed meal
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Recipe Directions for Chia Protein Pudding

Mix chia seeds with 15-20 ounces of water. Allow to soak for 20 minutes, stirring occaisionally, until seeds have gelled. Stir in one cup chocolate protein powder, four tablespoons of flaxseed meal, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. You may add a sweetener of your choice (the original recipe called for 1-2 packets of stevia). Mix well and allow to chill for 30 minutes before serving. serves 5.
