Recipe Ingredients for Chia Green Smoothie

134 grams Kale
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)(118 g) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Chia Green Smoothie

Soak chia seeds for an hour (or more) in a 3 cups of water. In a blender combine the soaked chia seeds and the raw greens. Make sure you remove the hard stems from the greens, especially the kale stalk which is bitter. Blend until liquified. Add strawberries and bananas and continue blending until smooth. You may add more water to desired consistency. This should fit in one blender, if not, adjust accordingly.
