0.5 cup, cubes Melons, Cantaloupe
0.5 tbsp Chia Seed

Recipe Directions for Chia Fresca

  1. puree melon cubes in bullet or blender

  2. mix in chia seeds by hand

  3. refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until seeds soak up extra liquid

  4. Enjoy for quick energy with lots of fiber and antioxidants! Chia seed is available at health food stores, whole foods or wherever Bob's Red Mill products are sold
