Recipe Ingredients for Chia energy drink

1 tbsp Chia Seed
1 lime yields Lime Juice
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
20 fl oz Water

Recipe Directions for Chia energy drink

Mix water, sugar, and chia until sugar dissolves. Juice lime into glass. Wait 5 minutes or so, until seeds absorb water. Drink with a straw so you don't miss any of the chia goodness :).
