3 tbsp Half
50 grams Oat Bran
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
3 tbsp Original Raw Chia Seeds

Recipe Directions for Chia Cinnamon Oatmeal

Mix all dry ingredients, cover with boiling water, mix well, add more water for thinner constancy, steep for 1-2 minutes. Pour half & half on, mix & eat.
