I wanted something higher in protein and fiber for breakfast or after workout. Purely healthy and low in sugar(only from apples)

Recipe Ingredients for Chia Apple bake or muffin(5 ww PP) whole recipe

1 tsp wheat germ
1 tbsp Chia Seed
3 egg whites
26 g greek yogurt
1/3 cup instant oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup apple sauce

Recipe Directions for Chia Apple bake or muffin(5 ww PP) whole recipe

  1. Mix all wet, Mix all dry.combine. Save a couple Chia seeds to make the tops pretty.

  2. Next you have two choices...

  3. #1 Make muffins( 4 of them) and put in oven on 350 for 15 minutes or so.

  4. #2 Mix and microwave. I suggest transferring to a oil sprayed bowl for this. Time depends on your microwave. Mine is about 5 minutes.

  5. Dollop with some Light yogurt.
