Recipe Ingredients for Chia-Aloe Juice

32 oz Knudsen Family Organic Black Currant Nectar
64 serving Aloe Vera Leaves Juice 100% Organic
12 oz Chia Seeds, Dried
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Chia-Aloe Juice

  1. Bloom chia seeds in water, stirring every 2-3 minutes, until thick as pudding.

  2. Gradually stir in currant nectar, and let sit for 2-3 hours. Gel will re-form.

  3. Gradually add aloe juice and portion out into 1 cup jars.

  4. Sometimes I'll mix in some whole-foods Vitamin C (or Emergen-C) powder just before drinking. It adds flavor and more supplementation.
