Recipe Ingredients for Chhaana (Cottage Cheese) Stuffing

5 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 2% Milkfat
1 small Onions
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
6 dash Salt, Table
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
4 tsp Soy Oil

Recipe Directions for Chhaana (Cottage Cheese) Stuffing

  1. 1. heat oil in a pan.

  2. 2. add onions and capsicum - finely chopped and fry for a couple of minutes.

  3. 3. add tomato and fry.

  4. 4. add the cheese and stir well.

  5. 5. add salt and sugar and mix well.

  6. 6. stir for a few minutes to mix up well.

  7. 7. let it cool.

  8. 8. serve stuffed within bread as sandwich.
