Recipe Ingredients for Chewy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Molasses
1/4 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1.33 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1/2 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
4 tbsp Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

Recipe Directions for Chewy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Line baking sheet with parchment paper, foil or silicone mates. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and set rack on the lower and upper thirds of the oven. Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the oil, sugar, egg, applesauce and vanilla. Stir the dry ingredients, then the oatmeal and chocolate chips. Drop by the tablespoon, two inches apart. Use a fork to gently flatten the dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they look dull on the top but are soft and moist in the middle. Rotate baking sheets during baking for even cooking.
