Recipe Ingredients for Chewy Molasses Plus Cookies

0.25 cup Organic Brown Rice Flour
2 cup, whole Almonds
1 cup, pitted, chopped Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
1 cup, halves Apricots, Dried, Sulfured, Uncooked
0.25 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
4 tbsp Molasses, Blackstrap
3 tbsp, ground Flaxseed
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Chewy Molasses Plus Cookies

Mix bp, bs, cin, salt, flour, 2TB flax. Add almonds and pulse in processor. Add dates, oats and apricots and process until thoroughly combined. In seperate bowl mix vanilla, molasses and flax egg (1 tbs flax + 3 tbs water). Combine until thoroughly mixed. Form into 20-24 cookies and bake 20-25 min at 325.
