Recipe Ingredients for Chewy Granola Bars - low sugar

3 cups rolled oats
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup wholewheat flour
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 medium bananas, mashed
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Chewy Granola Bars - low sugar

  1. Mix everything together well.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.

  3. Cut them as soon as they come out of the oven and set them on a wire rack to cool.

  4. If they lose their chewiness, just place a slice of bread in the container with them.
