Everything delicious you might want to eat for breakfast, mixed together and baked into a healthy treat! Also makes a great guilt-free dessert.

Recipe Ingredients for Chewy Delicious Breakfast Bars

100 grams Quaker lower sugar maple & brown sugar oatmeal
1 cup cinnamon toast crunch, mashed
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 bananas, overripe, mashed
8 oz unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup Jif reduced fat cruncy peanut butter
1/4 cup 1% milk
3 tbsp honey
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup Reese's peanut butter baking chips
2 tbsp Toll House mini morsels
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Chewy Delicious Breakfast Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

  2. Spray a 9 inch baking dish with calorie-free cooking spray.

  3. Mix the oatmeal, cereal, and spices in a large mixing bowl.

  4. Stir in the banana, egg, applesauce, peanut butter, milk, and honey.

  5. Once all the ingredients are evenly mixed and moistened, stir in the raisins, chocolate, and peanut butter chips.

  6. Spread the mixture into prepared baking dish, and place in the middle of the oven.

  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are just browned and the egg is set.

  8. Remove from oven and let cool for just a few minutes before cutting.

  9. Enjoy your delicious and healthy breakfast bars! Makes 25-1.5" squares.
