Recipe Ingredients for Chewy Chocolate Brownies

3 tbsp Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
6 tbsp Cocoa
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
3/4 cup Egg Substitute
6 tbsp No Calorie Sweetener
6 tbsp Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
2 tbsp Bottled Oil
1 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol
1/2 cup Almonds
23 g Muscle Milk

Recipe Directions for Chewy Chocolate Brownies

  1. 1). Preheat oven to 350 & spray an 8 in. square baking pan with cooking spray.

  2. 2). In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa, and salt and mix well. In a separate large bowl, whisk the egg beaters, splendia, applesauce, oil and vanilla together. Stir in the flour mixture until just blended, DO NOT OVER MIX. Pour batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle the walnuts on top.

  3. 4). Bake for 25 mins., until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool the Brownies on a wire rack for at least 15 minutes. Cut into 12 rectangles.
