Recipe Ingredients for Chewey Oatmeal Bran Cookies

1 1/4 cups splenda brown sugar
1 cup smart balance butter
1/2 cup splenda sugar
2 cup egg beaters
1 teaspoons vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
3/4 cups bran
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/2 cups quaker oats
1.33 cups raisins

Recipe Directions for Chewey Oatmeal Bran Cookies

Heat oven to 375. Beat brown sugar, margarine and Splenda sugar with electric mixer until creamy. Add Egg Beater eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add combined flour, bran, cinnamon, baking soda; mix well. Stir in oats and dried fruit. Mix well. Drop by rounded measuring tablespoonfulls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9 - 10 minutes until light golden brown. (Centers will be soft.) Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets, remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Store tightly covered. ABOUT 4 DOZEN.
