Recipe Ingredients for Chevre and Herb Mousse

1/2 cup parsley leaves
1/2 teaspoon Crushed Garlic
1/4 cup tarragon leaves
294 g goat cheese
1 1/2 lbs. 1/3 less fat cream cheese

Recipe Directions for Chevre and Herb Mousse

  1. Chop parsley leaves, crushed garlic and tarragon leaves in food processor, turning off and on in short pulses until finely minced but not liquid. Remove from processor to small bowl. Blend the Chevre and cream cheese in the food processor until creamy and smooth. Add the herb/garlic mixture and lightly mix by turning on processor in short pulses.

  2. The mousse can be piped or spooned into a serving dish. Present with mini toast, crackers, or bread. Prepares 25 small ramekin-size servings.
