1 lb whole wheat bread
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 large yellow onions, diced
4 stalks, large celery, chopped
1/2 tsp fennel seed, diced
1 1/5 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 cups hazelnuts, crumbled
2 teaspoons fresh thyme
3 tablespoons fresh sage
1/4 cup chopped parsley
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/4 cups low sodium chicken broth
