New York Style without the topping. Leaves out some calories that are not needed.

Recipe Ingredients for Chesecake


Crust:
1 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons butter or margarine

Filling:
2 lbs. cream cheese (4-8oz. pkgs.)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Chesecake

  1. Crust: Mix all ingredients together and press into 10″ springform pan.

  2. FILLING: Combine salt, sugar, eggs and lemon juice and beat till smooth. Set aside. In large bowl add 1 package of cream cheese at a time and cream

  3. till smooth. Gradually add egg mixture and beat till it is mixed well.

  4. Pour into springform pan and bake at 350 deg. F. about 1 hour. ( Put foil

  5. under pan to catch drippings.)
