Recipe Ingredients for Chesapeake Slaw

3 cups shredded cabbage
2 cups shredded carrots
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons seafood seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper

Recipe Directions for Chesapeake Slaw

  1. In a bowl, combine cabbage and carrots. In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, seafood seasoning, salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  2. Yield: 4-6 servings Prep: 10 min. + chilling
