Light, similar in flavor to a combination of potato salad & coleslaw

Recipe Ingredients for Cheryl's Kohlrabi Salad

1 Cucumber, peeled
3 Radishes, diced
1 small Onion, peeled and diced
7 ounce kohlrabi, peeled and diced
1 1/2 T Miracle Whip
1 1/2 T Sour Cream
1 g Splenda
1 dash celery seed
1 dash lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Cheryl's Kohlrabi Salad

  1. Mix together in bowl

  2. Chill for at least 30 minutes

  3. Serve cold
