Recipe Ingredients for Cheryl's Cornbread Dressing

8 oz. Bread, Cornbread, Prepared From Recipe
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup celery

Recipe Directions for Cheryl's Cornbread Dressing

  1. Crumble cooked cornbread into fine crumbs.

  2. Mix cornbread with celery, onions, carrots and cranberries.

  3. Pack cornbread into a glass casserole dish.

  4. Pour chicken broth over cornbread mixture until extremely moist (may need more than 2 cups).

  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until the casserole begins to brown on top.
