Recipe Ingredients for Cheryl's Black Bean Brownies

16 oz Black Beans
3 large Egg, Whole
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
4 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened, Processed
0.66 cup Sugars, Granulated
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 serving (1 round tsp) Coffee, Instant, Regular, Powder
1/4 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet

Recipe Directions for Cheryl's Black Bean Brownies

Put all ingredients in a blender, except chocolate chips. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan, top with chocolate chips and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Slice and enjoy at room temp.
