chilled summer salad, great as a dressing on lettuce, or sausage, served with crackers or bread, or on it's own. serving size approx 1/4 cup

Recipe Ingredients for cherry tomoato salad

4 cups cherry tomatoes
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp marjoram, crumbled
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c chopped chives
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. vinegar

Recipe Directions for cherry tomoato salad

  1. Quarter several tomatoes, not quite completely severing skin to create a ?flower-like? design. Half the rest of the tomatoes. Place in a shallow pan. Sprinkle salt, pepper, marjoram, parsley, and chives over top. Mix oil and vinegar and pour over top. Chill

  2. 4-24 hours before serving.
