50 g olive oil
150 g shallots
50 g garlic
1 tbsp oregano

Recipe Directions for Cherry Tomato Garlic Oregano Reduction

  1. Add oil to a frying pan

  2. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and add to frying pan

  3. Season liberally with oregano

  4. Add shallots

  5. Towards the end, add the garlic. You don't want the garlic to cook too long and lose its flavor
