Recipe Ingredients for Cherry Cobbler

2/3 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup soy milk
3 tbsp butter
1/2 lb cherries (2 cups of any fruit)

Recipe Directions for Cherry Cobbler

  1. Melt butter in 8 x 8 inch glass pan. Mix other ingredients, except fruit. Pour onto butter in dish. Pour fruit on top. Do not stir.

  2. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until set and lightly browned. 4 servings when not dieting :)
