Yummy cherry chocolate bars - great for breakfast or for a snack. They're pretty dense, so one does a good job of filling you up for breakfast.

Recipe Ingredients for Cherry Chocolate Bars

1 3/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup Condensed Milk
1 medium banana, smashed
1/2 cup dried berries
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbs hershey's special dark cocoa powder
1/2 cup SoyNut Butter
2 tbs Mini Chips

Recipe Directions for Cherry Chocolate Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 8x8 glass cooking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Heat condensed milk and soy nut butter for 60 seconds in microwave. Add to mashed banana. Stir in oats, salt and cocoa powder until mixed well.

  3. Add in dried cherries and sunflower seeds. Fold in chocolate chips.

  4. Spread mixture evenly in glass dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven. While still warm, cut into bars with pizza cutter (I made granola bars, but you could also make squares, so serving size might differ). Let cool. Refrigerate.
