1/3 cup dark cherries, frozen
1/3 cup blackberries, frozen
1/3 cup raspberries, frozen
1/2 medium banana
1/4 cup Nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup Nonfat milk

Recipe Directions for Cherry Berry Banana Smoothie

Add banana to your blending container followed by the other fruits. Top with yogurt and milk. Blend to desired smoothness. Note that you will need to blend longer than other recipes that do not contain blackberries due to the seeds.
