Yummy Cherry Banana Muffins. Perfect for breakfast or a snack on the go.

Recipe Ingredients for Cherry Banana Muffins

1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup White Flour
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/3 cup White Sugar
1/4 cup Light Sour Cream
1 cup Mashed Banana
1 cup Frozen Cherries (thawed)

Recipe Directions for Cherry Banana Muffins

  1. Combine dry ingredients.

  2. Beat sugar, sour cream and eggs. Do not overbeat. Add banana and cherries.

  3. Mix dry ingrdients with fruit mixture.

  4. Spoon into muffin liners.

  5. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 mins.
