Recipe Ingredients for Cherry Almond Meal shake

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 cups kale
1 banana, broken into pieces
1 tablespoons raw almond butter
1 cup frozen cherries
2 dates, minced
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 T raw cocoa
2 T flaxseed, ground

Recipe Directions for Cherry Almond Meal shake

  1. Grind flaxseeds.

  2. Blend kale with almond milk.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

  4. Add ice, if desired, to thicken and chill.
