A sweet pork sauce to serve over rice or noodles.

Recipe Ingredients for Cherokee Pork

1 1/2 lb pork roast
1/2 c water
1/2 c Onion
1/2 c Celery
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 c green bell pepper
3 tbsp Garlic
10 oz Cranberry Sauce

Recipe Directions for Cherokee Pork

Rub the pork with the salt and pepper. Place in a medium crock pot and add water, garlic, onion, and celery. Cook on high for about 6 hrs until pork is tender and pulls apart with a fork. Add bell pepper and cranberry sauce an stir pulling the meat apart until a sauce is formed.
