Fabulous sauce for fish and other goodies. Great for dipping veggies or spreading on crackers with cheese!

Recipe Ingredients for Chermoula 1

6 cup Cilantro
4 cup Parsley
24 2/5 grams Pepper, Serrano
6 tsp Ginger Root
1.5 cup Olive Oil
3 lemon yields Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Chermoula 1

  1. Wash cilantro/parsley and remove bottom of stems.

  2. Peel ginger root.

  3. Seed serranos if you desire a less spicy sauce. Leave the seeds if you like a little more heat.

  4. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until well mixed.

  5. Add more oil as necessary.
