I created this one day when I was feeling creative. It is surprisingly good!

Recipe Ingredients for Cherity's Cucumber Pita Sandwich

1/2 medium cucumber
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp dried dill weed
1/4 cup plain yogurt, non-fat
1 tbsp Hellman's Light Mayo
1 tbsp shallots, diced
1/8 tsp vinegar, white wine type
1 pita, whole wheat

Recipe Directions for Cherity's Cucumber Pita Sandwich

  1. Dice cucumbers.

  2. Mix herbs, yogurt, mayo, shallots, and vinegar together with cucumbers.

  3. Cut pita in half.

  4. Take one half of pita and open it to form pocket.

  5. Spoon cucumber mixture into pita.
