Recipe Ingredients for chelsea's enchilada's

12 flour tortilla
1 cup garlic
1/2 cup onion
1 stick butter
1/2 cup flour
3 cups chicken
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
5 cups milk

Recipe Directions for chelsea's enchilada's

  1. mince 1/2 cup onions and garlic together and sautee with butter

  2. add flour to make a roux

  3. add milk slowly to the thickness wanted for sauce

  4. spice to taste (garlic, cumin, salt pepper)

  5. put a spoonful of sauce in bottom of tortilla add chicken onion and cheese, roll and put in pan

  6. repeat until pan is full

  7. add sauce over the top and sprinkle cheese

  8. bake at 350 for 15 mins or until cheese is melted and enchiladas are heated thoroughly
