Recipe Ingredients for chelsea buns

1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons active yeast
3 1/2 cups white flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 cup milk
125 grams butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 raisins

Recipe Directions for chelsea buns

  1. make dough,

  2. let it rise for a couple of hours

  3. make filing

  4. roll out dough and sprinkle filling

  5. roll up dough and cut into rounds

  6. let sit till double in size

  7. bake 190 for 20mins
