Chef Salad - basic starter salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Chef Salad

4 cups green leaf lettuce
1 tomato, diced
1 medium cucumber, sliced
1/8 cup cheddar, shredded
1 stalk celery, diced
1/4 medium onion, sliced
1 egg, hard boiled
1 tbsp sunflower seeds, dry roasted with salt
1/8 cup carrots, shredded
1/4 cup croutons

Recipe Directions for Chef Salad

  1. Boil egg for 8 minutes. Cool in cold water.

  2. Chop veggies, place on bed of diced romain lettuce.

  3. Top with cheddar cheese and sliced egg.
