1 cup winter squash, spaghetti
2 ounce chicken gizzards
14 grams fat free Cheddar Shredded Cheese (1/8 cup)

Recipe Directions for Chef Pauls Low Fat Spaghetti

  1. bake the squash and meat

  2. (if chicken gizzard boil till very tender then pan fry with i cant believe its not butter then chop into very small pieces)

  3. then take seeds out and place flesh of squash on a plate cut up the meat place on squash

  4. pour sauce over

  5. sprinkle the cheese

  6. enjoy
