Recipe Ingredients for Chef Ewards Sunday devils

3 large Egg, Whole
0.5 serving Whipped Salad Dressing
1 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 2% Milkfat
0.5 serving Little Smokies
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
1 dash Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Paprika

Recipe Directions for Chef Ewards Sunday devils

  1. peel the hard boiled eggs, cut top and bottom to provide flat surface to set eggs upright. (save the leftover egg white) Then cut eggs in half

  2. Take egg yolks and mix with pepper, salt, leftover egg white (chop these up), cottage cheese, and salad dressing. chop up cooked little smokies and add to mixture.

  3. Spoon mixture into egg whites. (you will have leftover egg yolk mix, use at your discretion or just eat it. (being the chef has it's perks)
