first attempt at a no bake cookie recipe using on hand ingredients.

Recipe Ingredients for Chef Eddies no bakes mark 1

4 serving Jif to go crunchy
2 packet Instant Oatmeal Apple and Cinnamon
6 pieces Dark Chocolate Promises
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil Spread

Recipe Directions for Chef Eddies no bakes mark 1

  1. melt all ingredients in a saucepan except the intant oatmeal.

  2. When all ingredients are melted and come together add the oatmeal.

  3. This is an experiment using on hand ingredients... I forgot to add any sweetner... next time I will try honey or no calorie sweetner.
