16 fl. oz A-1 Maggie's 2012 Vegetable Broth
0.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.529 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 clove Garlic
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Pepper, Black
0.75 cup Yeast, Nutritional T6635
1 tsp Mustard Powder
1 tsp Turmeric, Ground
1 tsp, leaves Basil, Dried

Recipe Directions for Cheezy Sauce Vegan Style

  1. Recipe makes 2-1/2 cups, serving is 1/8 cup Vegan Cheezy Sauce from Veganomicon Cook Book

  2. I used basil instead of the thyme the had in recipe. Saute garlic in olive oil, mix flour into part of the vegetable broth (you can use water instead but I make my own homemade vegetable broth) and heat til thickening, add other ingredients including garlic with oil and whip with whisk while boiling medium heat for a couple minutes,
