Recipe Ingredients for cheeze omelette

1 oz sharp cheddar cheese
2 medium eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup diced zucchini
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for cheeze omelette

  1. Put olive oil into heavy skillet.

  2. Add onion and zucchini and saute.

  3. Crumble cheese into eggs and mix well.

  4. Pour over sauteed veggies and cook until desired degree of doneness.
