Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Veggie Soup

6 cups water
30 ounces shredded hash brown potatoes, frozen
16 ounces mixed vegetables, frozen
4 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1 pound Velveeta, cubed
2 cans condensed cream of celery soup
1 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Veggie Soup

  1. In a large kettle, bring water to a boil. Add hash browns, veggies, and bouillon. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

  2. Stir in the cheese, soup and milk; cook and stir until cheese is melted.

  3. Serve immediately, or cool and freeze for up to 3 months.
