56 grams Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 2% Milkfat
1 serving Mozzarella
25 grams Frozen Spinach
28 grams Tomatoes
15 grams Broccoli Florets
2 pita Whole Grain Sandwich Pockets
0.25 cup Ragu Smooth Pasta Sauce Traditional

Recipe Directions for cheesy veggie pizza stuffed pitas

Mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, thawed spinach and broccoli, and diced tomatoes in small bowl. Open each pita pocket and stuffed half of the cheese mixture in them. Place pitas on alluminum foil lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes broil for about two more minutes, or until melty inside and crispy outside. Let cool slighty and dip in pizza sauce.
