Recipe Ingredients for cheesy vegetable chowder

2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, diced Celery
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
4 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
3 cup diced Potato, Flesh And Skin
0.5 oz Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
0.75 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2.5 cup, chopped Broccoli
4 serving Fancy Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for cheesy vegetable chowder

put olive oil, onions, carrots, and celery in your soup pot and saute until tender. add garlic powder and cook for about 1 min. add chicken broth and potatoes and simmer until tender. Mix flour with water and add, simmer until soup is slightly thickened. Add mild and broccoli and cook until tender. Stir cheese in last.
