Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Stuffed Shells

16 oz 2% Small Curd Cottage Cheese
10 oz Spinach
0.25 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
280 grams Jumbo Shells Pasta
24 oz Sauce, Pasta, Spaghetti/marinara, Ready-to-serve

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Stuffed Shells

  1. HEAT oven to 400F.

  2. MIX cottage cheese, spinach, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan and seasoning; spoon into shells.

  3. MIX sauce and tomatoes; spoon half into 13x9-inch baking dish. Add filled shells; top with remaining sauce. Cover.

  4. BAKE 25 min. or until heated through. Top with remaining mozzarella; bake, uncovered, 2 min. or until melted.
