Cheesy Sour Cream & Onion Cornbread

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Sour Cream & Onion Cornbread (Spoonbread)

17 oz Corn bread
3 large eggs
1 egg white
15 oz creamed corn
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 cup 2% milk
1/2 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese, divided in 2
1 large onions, diced
1/2 stick butter
2 cup lite sour cream
1 Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Sour Cream & Onion Cornbread (Spoonbread)

Sauté onions in butter. Cool slightly. Stir in salt/pepper, sour cream and let melt. Mix all of 1 tog with ˝ the cheese. Pour into a greased 9 x 11? (or 10 x 10?) pan. Spoon 2 over entire top and cover with rest of the cheese. Bake in 375 oven for 55-60 minutes.
