A cheesy version of alfredo sauce tossed with shrimp and peas over pasta.

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Shrimp & Pea Fettucini Alfredo

4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup half and half
1/2 cup 2% milk
16 oz italian cheese blends
8 oz shrimp
10 oz peas
16 oz pasta

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Shrimp & Pea Fettucini Alfredo

  1. Melt butter.

  2. Add garlic and saute until lightly browned.

  3. Add flour, mix through to make a roux.

  4. Add half and half, mix well.

  5. Add milk to desired consistency.

  6. Stir until thickened.

  7. Add cheese mixture, stir until melted.

  8. Add shrimp and peas, mix well.

  9. Toss over prepared pasta.
