Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Shimp and broccoli Rissoto

1 cup white rice
2 cups beef stock
1 cup broccoli
3 medium+slices,+cooked+raw+product+packed+20/lb bacon
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
4 oz Velveeta (oz)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
10 large shrimp
1 medium Onion Yellow
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Shimp and broccoli Rissoto

  1. prepare shrimp, peel, de-vane, and cut into bite sized pieces.

  2. Chop onion and bacon, and cook together in a large skillet until onions are transparent.

  3. add rice and toast in pan for a moment, add beef stock and simmer allowing rice to absorb the liquid.

  4. Add Broccoli, cheeses, tomato, and shrimp and 1 cup water. let simmer when liquid is absorbed check rice if it needs it add a little more water .5cup at a time until rice is soft and sauce is creamy.
