1 medium raw Onion Red

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes and Carrots

  1. Boil vegetables until tender and slice into thin slices. Melt butter in saucepan, add flour and seasonings. then mix milk and bring to a boil. When thick, stir in cheese.

  2. Now arrange vegetables in layer, then spoon half of the cheesy mixture. Arrange the remaining vegetables and top with the other half of cheese mixture.

  3. Bake 45 to 1 hr at 375 C.
