A simple dip great for any party. Serve with tortilla chips.

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Salsa Dip

50 grams chopped green chiles
150 grams salsa
455 grams (1 pound) Velveeta 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Salsa Dip

  1. Cut Velveeta into small cubes.

  2. Put all ingredients in a microwave-safe dish. (I have a mini crock pot where the crock actually comes out of the heating unit.)

  3. Microwave on 50% at two minute intervals.

  4. Stir after each two minutes until cheese is melted.

  5. Keep warm and serve with tortilla chips.
