An adaptation of the classic tuna noodle casserole

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Salmon Noodle Casserole

10 oz Wild Pink Salmon, Skinless
16 oz Noodles, Egg
16 oz Peas, Green
1 large Onions
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Organic Reduced Fat Milk 2% Milkfat
8 oz Seriously Sharp Hunter's

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Salmon Noodle Casserole

  1. Sweat onions celery and peppers in 1 tbsp olive oil. season with salt and pepper.

  2. Add soups, milk and all but 1/2 cup of cheese.

  3. Add cooked noodles, flaked salmon and peas.

  4. Transfer to 9/13 baking dish, top with reserved cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

  5. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
