Casserole - chicken and vegetables with chese and ranch flavoring with biscuits on top. Less than 400 calories per serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Cheesy Ranch Chicken & Biscuits

1246 g (2- 22 oz pkgs) Birdseye Cheesy Ranch Chicken dinner mix
10 oz Birdseye Sugar Snap peas
4 oz (1 can) mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1/4 cup skim milk
456 g (1 pkg) Pillsbury Garlic breadsticks
2 tbl Fit & Active egg substitute
1 tbl water
1 tbl grated parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Cheesy Ranch Chicken & Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 375-degrees. Spray 13 X 9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Remove sauce packets from 2 packages of Birdseye Voila Cheesy Ranch Chicken dinners and place in bowl of hot water to thaw.

  3. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine Chicken dinner mix, peas, and vegetables.

  4. When sauce mix is thawed, add to dinner mix, together with sour cream and skim milk. Mix well.

  5. Pour dinner mix into prepared baking dish and gently spread evenly in dish.

  6. Spray one side of sheet of aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray, cover baking dish and bake for 35-45 minutes or until bubbly.

  7. During last 10 minutes of cooking, unroll breadsticks, and separate into 8 sections. Fold each section in half, twist twice and form into loose spirals. Mix egg substitute with water and beat well. Remove baking dish from oven, arrange spirals around edge of baking dish, brush each breadstick with beaten egg and sprinkle each with parmesan cheese. Return dish to oven and resume cooking for 12-15 minutes or until breadsticks are golden brown.

  8. Serve.
